The Latin Quarter

The Latin Quarter is one of the oldest areas of Paris. In Lutetia the Romans originally settled on the left bank. Then in the Middle Ages it was the area where developped the University of Paris. Until today the students keep attending the prestigious schools and universities of the Latin Quarter.

The village of Montmartre

The Montmartre Hill inspired the artists as of the 19th century. Well-known for the Sacred Heart Basilica and the panoramic view, you will also be charmed by its picturesque winding streets.

The triumphal way

From de Arch of Triumph to the Concorde Square, enjoy a commented walk on the Champs-Elysées, the most beautiful avenue of the world immortalized by the song of Joe Dassin.

Architectural walk in Auteuil

Before the extension of Paris, Auteuil was known for its rural charm. Numerous bourgeois residences flourished, thus initiating the residential vocation of this area of the 16th district. This itinerary will enable to  focus on the architecture: Art Nouveau, Art Deco and Modernism.

Between Bercy and the "quartier de la Gare"

During this visit we will focus on the changes of these former industrial areas based on the river economy, and that have been restructured from the 1980's with the establishment of tertiary activities.
